Each of the villas comprises of three separate bedrooms, a fully equipped modular kitchen (with a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and fridge), a cozy living room and a spacious and strategically located dining area. The lower level of the villa consists of one master bedroom that includes a double bed, air conditioner, an en suite bathroom and even a private terrace.

Among other features and amenities, the Martin Villa provides a slew of facilities such as satellite TV, central heating, DVD/CD player, fireplace, flat screen TVs, guest laundry, mini bar, pool tools, safe deposit box, Wi-Fi internet access, writing desk, closets and bathroom essentials.
